See us at work.
Want to see how we work before commissioning research? We conduct five interviews with people who respond to your invitation, then discuss initial observations. Get to know our approach and assess the team’s work.
See how we listen
and make sense of the answers.
See the questions we ask, how we follow up and how we explain our observations. These five interviews introduce our work. The trial does not replace a full audience study with an agreed scope.

You invite.
We interview and analyse.
This arrangement applies to the trial only. People respond voluntarily to your invitation. External recruitment is not included; it is a separate stage available for a full study.
- 01
Agree the question and participants
Choose one question and define whose experience matters. We agree scope, fees and terms before payment.
- 02
Prepare an invitation for your blog
You publish or send the invitation yourself. The researcher contacts only people who agree to take part. Five interviews usually require more than five initial responses.
- 03
Conduct five interviews
We discuss real experiences, rather than asking people to praise the creator. We do not sell services to participants or add them to mailing lists.
- 04
Review the initial observations together
See how we work with responses, from quotations to initial observations. We explain the limits of the trial and discuss the work on a closing call.
Before you start
How do I know whether the trial is right for me?
It is for people who want to see us at work before commissioning research and can invite participants. If you already need a full study, discuss the question and plan with us directly. The trial is optional.
What if too few people respond?
The seven working days begin after participants are recruited. If fewer than five people are available, we agree another invitation and a revised start date.
What happens if I stop the trial?
Completed interviews are charged at US$30 each. The amount for interviews not conducted is refunded. The procedure and refund timing are agreed before payment.
Who can access the interviews?
Access and the format of the materials are agreed in advance. We explain the purpose and ask participants for permission to record. Quotations in the report are anonymised. Materials are retained for 30 days after delivery if this is specified in the agreed terms.
Does the trial guarantee more views or sales?
No. Its purpose is to show how we work. Initial observations do not replace a full study or justify promises of more views or sales.
What would you like to understand
about your audience?
Tell us about your blog. We will help define the question and discuss a suitable research format.
