Situations and questions to build your topics and recurring formats around.
Explore the situations, motivations and barriers of people who might need your content or services. We recruit participants beyond your blog and investigate their actual choices.

You gain evidence to inform decisions and a clearer view of which assumptions still need testing.
Situations and questions to build your topics and recurring formats around.
Decision criteria and concerns to address in descriptions of your product or service.
Changes worth testing and the limits of what the research can establish.
An interview count does not establish the views of an entire audience. Qualitative research helps explain choices; prevalence and the effects of changes require other evidence.
View a detailed sample report →A research participant is someone whose experience is relevant to the research question.
For a full study, we recruit beyond your blog. Participants might have recently chosen a service in your category, tried to solve the problem themselves or turned to another source of information.
Readers already know your voice and content. Their accounts alone cannot explain the experiences of people who have not found you or who chose an alternative.
A follower may meet the research criteria. Following your blog does not qualify someone on its own.
We check their role in the decision, which options they compared, how they found information and when they made their choice. They do not need to follow the company’s blog.
Illustrative criteria. Your project will have its own requirements.
This is research recruitment. We do not sell contact databases or acquire followers for your blog.

How the need arose, what stopped working and why the person began looking for a solution.
What they compared, which criteria mattered, what attracted them and what held them back.
The practical outcome, feeling or change in their relationships with others they were seeking.
